When you create an Infinity Smart Home account, we collect either:

Smart-Home Information
To operate your smart home, we store information associated with your account, including:

• Connected devices

• Scenes

• Device states

• Commands sent to devices

• Instructions received from connected voice assistants

This information allows the Infinity Smart Home service to perform the actions you request.

2. Infinity Smart Home App and Voice Assistants
The Infinity Smart Home app allows you to control compatible smart-home devices and scenes.
You may also choose to link your Infinity Smart Home account with supported voice-assistant platforms, including Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
What We Collect
When you use the Infinity Smart Home app, we collect the information necessary to operate your account and smart home.
This includes your account identifier, homes, rooms, devices, scenes, device states, and commands associated with your smart-home system.
Commands may also originate from a connected voice assistant.
How We Use It
We use this information only to:

• Operate your own smart-home devices

• Provide control through the Infinity Smart Home app

• Provide control through Amazon Alexa or Google Home when you choose to link your account

• Run scenes that you configure and expose to a voice assistant

• Respond to commands sent to your smart-home system

• Troubleshoot and support the service

We do not sell your information and we do not use your information for advertising.

3. Amazon Alexa and Google Home
When you link Infinity Smart Home with Amazon Alexa or Google Home, you can use that voice assistant to control scenes and supported smart-home functions.
The applicable voice assistant receives the names of the scenes that you choose to expose and processes the voice commands you give to the assistant according to that service's own privacy practices.
Our service receives the instruction required to perform the requested smart-home action.
For example, when you give a voice command to run an exposed scene, the Infinity Smart Home service receives the corresponding instruction and runs that scene.
You can unlink the voice assistant at any time.
Unlinking a voice assistant removes its access immediately.

4. Who Receives Your Information
We use selected service providers to operate our services.
Google Firebase verifies your sign-in on our behalf.
When you link Amazon Alexa or Google Home, the applicable voice-assistant platform processes the information necessary for the voice-assistant functionality you have enabled.
Our servers are operated through a cloud hosting provider.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:

• Create and maintain your account

• Operate the Infinity Smart Home app

• Connect and control your smart-home devices

• Run scenes configured by you

• Process commands from the app and connected voice assistants

• Provide technical support

• Troubleshoot service or device problems

• Maintain service security and reliability

• Meet legal and regulatory requirements

We do not use information collected through the Infinity Smart Home service for advertising.

6. Data Retention
We retain your account and smart-home information for as long as your account exists.
Unlinking a voice assistant removes its access to your Infinity Smart Home account immediately.

Infinity Smart Home may work with third-party services, including:

Each third-party service may have its own terms and privacy policy. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable policies.
