We do not accept returns of the items sold under promotion or stock clearance. The device description page will clearly state that you will not be able to return such an item, unless it arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.


Neurotech Designs offers free shipping on all orders. For total orders below Rs.999, Rs.55 are charged. COD charges of Rs.45 as convenience charge are applied on all cash on delivery orders. Order dispatch usually takes just one day if the device is in stock, else the lead time depends upon the type of device which will be notified to the customer. Shipping duration usually takes one week but may take longer, depending upon your location. Customers usually receive their packages within 3 to 5 working days, once they are shipped. Please Note: Neurotech Designs discounted and offers have a dispatch time of approx. 10 working days. you can only track your order if you created an account at the time of ordering or have previously created an account. To track the progress of your order, please log in to your Neurotech Designs account and review your Order History.

We have received your order and the artwork file is in the process of generation.


Your order is in the process of being manufactured or is complete and awaiting shipment.

Returns / Refund Policy

What is your policy on returns? In the event that the Neurotech Designs device received by you is in a damaged or defective condition, you may return the Neurotech Designs device to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement of the device , No refund of the device will be Provided. In all cases you must return the Neurotech Designs unused with a copy of the dispatch note. Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns are sent at your risk. The colours and images on screen appear in RGB colour format whereas the printing and manufacturing is done in CMYK colours, so there may be a slight difference in an onscreen device and the printed or manufactured one, so Please do check these carefully, as colours can appear differently on different monitors.


The image quality is not as good as expected

When you are uploading artwork it is your responsibility to supply us with an image that is of good enough quality. This is further made apparent when using the designer tool. Artwork uploading and printing is fully automated and is not checked. The delivery I gave was incorrect Once dispatched, if the order is returned to us by the registered post due to either an insufficient or incorrect address being entered, we will notify you and should you request that the order be re-dispatched we will send a payment request for the postage charge again. The order will not be re-dispatched until this payment is received.
